Conclusive mileage and time tracing

The tracking system can be equipped with an RFID reader that enables users to identify themselves with their personal badge, and in so doing, set up a fully-fledged, mobile time registration system. The unique badge of each mobile employee guarantees a mileage and time registration that never fails.

The driver and passengers use their badge to indicate when they start and stop the work. The starting and stopping time, the mileage and the exact location where the users happen to find themselves can be seen immediately on-line.

Flexible settings for each company

The set day programme per employee enables us to interpret the clocking and mileage data flawlessly. The settings of the day programmes that are used in your company can be thoroughly customised. So you can set several fixed breaks, define night work, round off work hours and even distinguish loading from unloading.

Driving, working, loading/unloading, break… each has its own entry in the programme and, as with the mileage data, can be entered manually. Similarly, paid or unpaid leaves (for sickness, recovery, holiday, etc.) can be recorded in IntelliTracer in no time.

Mileage tracking

The splitting of the mobility and travel costs (for drivers or co-drivers, as the crow flies or in mileage covered) is fully automated. So, as a construction, installation or service company, you have the correct mileage for calculating both the remuneration of your employees as well as for your costing per project.

Your mobility allowance is henceforth calculated rapidly and correctly.

Costing

You can also use a robust vehicle terminal to transmit jobs/tasks carried our for the purpose of a conclusive costing and calculation of the output per employee. The data can be entered both by the keyboard or the barcode scanner in the vehicle.

Reporting to measure for your sector

Each sector needs specific reporting. Intellitracer consequently has reports for:

• Proof of C02 tax
