Introduction

GeoDynamics Intellitracer is a total solution for your fleet management. You use your personal login and password to monitor your vehicles and to consult all recorded data via the Internet in real time.

Track & Trace

The tracking unit is installed in the vehicle and transmits regularly the movements thereof to our central server via GPRS. So you can monitor the current position (GPS), routes taken, mileage, speed and direction of your vehicle(s) via the Internet.

Mobile time registration

The Intellitrac X8 can be equipped with an RFID reader, which enables users to identify themselves with their personal badge, and thus to set up a fully-fledged and mobile time registration system.

The driver and the passengers use their badge to indicate when they start and stop their work. You immediately see on-line the starting and stopping time, the mileage and the exact location where the users are.

This system provides a correct time registration and a conclusive mileage administration, that gives the personnel manager a precise picture of the number of hours worked. It is also possible to determine how long a visit to a customer takes, the driving time and the distance covered.

From now on, you will spend less time processing time registration and mileage allowances, and timesheet discussions will be drastically reduced too.
