Software for the construction sector
Mobility and travel allowance
By 1 October 2008 at the latest, each company in the construction sector must comply with the new construction collective bargaining agreement. With IntelliTracer, each construction company has the solution for the automatic calculation of the actual distance for the mobility and travel allowance.
The splitting of the mobility and travel costs (for drivers or co-drivers, as the crow flies or in mileage covered) is fully automated and IntelliTracer has the necessary customised reports of your company:
- Automatic detection of drivers or co-drivers
- Calculation of distance between home address and the pick-up and drop-off point
- Takes account of loading/unloading
Mobile time registration
When the working day of your mobile employees is divided between driving and working time, whereby each is remunerated differently, the prime task of Intellitracer is obviously to put an end to the endless discussions about it once and for all. For the installed mobile time clock and the unique badge give you a crystal clear picture of the facts.
The unique badge of each mobile employee guarantees a mileage and time registration that never fails.
Flexible settings
The set day programme of the badge user enables IntelliTracer to interpret the clocking and mileage data flawlessly (calculation of mileage allowance). The settings of the day programmes that are used in your company can be thoroughly customised. So you can set several fixed breaks, define night work, round off work hours and even distinguish loading from unloading. Driving, working, loading/unloading, break… each has its own entry in the programme and, as with the mileage data, can be entered manually. Similarly, paid or unpaid leaves (for sickness, recovery, holiday, etc.) can be recorded in IntelliTracer in no time.
Costing
You can also use a robust vehicle terminal to transmit jobs/tasks carried our for the purpose of a conclusive costing and calculation of the output per employee.
Avoiding the CO2 contribution
As of 1 January 2005, a C02 tax has been levied on company cars that are also used for private purposes, such as commuting from home to work, for instance.
Up to 1 July 2005, the burden of proof ass to whether the company car was used for private purposes lay with the national social security office. As of that date, that burden lies with the employer. This means that an incontrovertible assumption has been introduced that each vehicle that the employer places, directly or indirectly, at the disposal of the employee, which can also be used for private purposes, is presumed to be for private use. It is up to the employer to disprove this assumption and to prove the contrary. GeoDynamics IntelliTracer provides you with the tools for refuting this assumption, on the basis of a specific C02 report or the online driving reports.

A customer bears witness ...
It seemed like an abrupt switchover, but nothing could be further from the truth. When we commissioned the mobile time clocks and badges, employees found it pretty simple and logical. But the data that appear in the tables made us aware of the advanced automation – well thought out, flawless and customised for our company. The planning and pay administration are faring particularly well. And we hear no complaints from mobile employees who earn what they deserve…
